Lead efficient claim decisions by assessing losses, building estimates, and securing fair settlements while collaborating with repair teams and tracking the latest repair technology.
This role will be staffed following the hybrid work model out of our Nashville, TN, Davenport, IA or Stevens Point, WI offices. This role is NOT available for remote work.
What You'll Do
The focus of this role is conducting inspections on auto damage to prepare and review repair estimates. Additionally, you’ll:
Virtually inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage. Prepare detailed, accurate, and comprehensive damage reports and repair estimates using specialized software. Maintain detailed records of appraisals, photographs, and communications related to each claim.
Communicate effectively with clients, repair shops, and insurance adjusters to ensure clarity and satisfaction in the claims process. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Knowledge of insurance policies, coverages, and claim procedures beneficial
Working knowledge of CCCOne valuable
Past body shop or Insurance claim handling experience desired
