About Our Practice Belle City Veterinary Hospital is a full-service, AAHA-accredited companion animal hospital committed to delivering exceptional medical, surgical, and dental care. What You'll Do - Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff
- Practice high-quality small animal medicine and surgery
- Promote medical excellence and maintain AAHA standards of care
- Partner with hospital leadership to support hospital growth and strategic initiatives
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture
- Support the professional development of associate veterinarians
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional communication and patient care
Qualifications - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited veterinary school
- Active (or eligible) Wisconsin veterinary license
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- Strong surgical and medical skills with an interest in continuing to grow surgical services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Collaborative leadership style with a growth mindset

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
